Paul Altomare is a multi-disciplinary entrepreneur with over 4 decades of experience building, operating, and investing in successful ventures. A passionate real estate investor and lifelong guitarist, Paul brings together an entrepreneur’s resilience and an artist’s spirit.

He launched Jump Capital to create a platform that could scale opportunity and support bold ideas across sectors. Paul’s leadership philosophy is rooted in trust, creative alignment, and the pursuit of ventures that matter.
